Our company Harry & Alwyn online services Pvt.ltd. is Established under the Companies Act 2018. Our company is offering services through our mobile application avrano in which we are sharing information about products, services, easing and retailer’s area wise/locality wise. And in our future endeavours the company will make sure to satisfy our clients PAN India basis and for that company will promote all our offerings through different modes of advertisements.

Terms for our Subscription

Local bodies, small Enterprises, Small scale industries, corporate houses, semi-government institutions, manufacturers, government institutions can enjoy our services through subscription and the terms for our subscription given below-

1-Information Dissemination 

Information/content shared by you (advertiser/subscriber) can be seen by the users in the form of an index. The user can only see the information/advertisement once he or she selects the option of information or area of interest (what he/she want to know/want to see).

2- Tenure

Registration of information/Advertisement/Business listing will be for a fixed period of one year and once the period is over you have to send a request to the company for renewal of services. And once the company will receive your request with the requisite revised fee then only your subscription will be renewed by the company under the revised terms & conditions of the company.

3- Registration Fee

Once the information/content provided by you (Advertiser/Subscriber) uploaded by the company on our website/mobile application then the paid amount will not be refundable so you cannot claim any legal remedy in any court/forum for the said amount.

4- Form filling process

Your registration subscription form will be filled by our Agent/Field officer/Vendor/Marketing Executive/Business Development Officer/Circle head/ Regional director and the activation of a given information/Advertisement will be done only through our head office. The company only will entertain any of your claims once the company will receive a prescribed fee and your complete filled registration in companies head office till the time the company will not entertain any of your claims.

5- Placing of advertisement

We will not offer any specific place to any advertisement so the selection of place in an advertisement /business listing index will only be done by our software only and this whole process is automated.

6- Guarantee/Warranty of Business

We are not promising/assuring you that by registering/Subscribing on avrano app you will be benefited in your business/branding or in your employment/promotional activities so before subscribing kindly go through the terms conditions carefully.

7- We are not promising or obliged for any market/client/customer development for your business/services so we will not force any of our subscribers or client to choose our product/services so this is up to the client/subscriber to choose our services or not.

8- Company can change our terms and conditions as and when required you cannot compel company not to do so.  

C- Advertisers/subscribers/vendor Obligations

1-An advertiser/subscriber is needed to contact the company as early as possible through the E-mail, courier, Indian postal services or through the local agent/vendor/marketing Executive/business development Officer once a period of one year is over from the date of registration/activation for the uninterrupted services. Once the company will receive your request for renewal in the prescribed form your services will be continued automatically. If the company is sharing your content/information after expiring a period of one year the company will not charge any amount for that period but terms and conditions will be applicable.

2- While you registering with our company you must ensure that all the information/content in your advertisement related to your business/services/products/personal information like- Logo, Trademark, photo, address, contact details, profile, etc. Should be proper and correct because once we share or upload your information you cannot blame the company for any of your inconvenience. And if anyone suffers from loss or damage due to the information/content in your advertisement given in that case you will be directly liable to the third party or the user. The company will not be liable for any of such loss or damage due to the information shared by you and apart from that company also will not be liable for any loss or damage due to any act of our agent/vendor/marketing Executive/business development officer/associates/directors/office bearers.

3- After registering with the company in case of any misuse of your login information company will not be liable for any loss or damage and the responsibility will be yours for securing your login information by protecting your user ID and password from the others.

4- Company will offer you a one-time password /OTP so you need to change the password every time you log in for security reasons.

5- You can pay the registration fee in the form of cheque only and which will be drawn in the favour of harry & alwyn online services Pvt. Ltd.. You can check your advertisement on our mobile app in next 15-20 days from the date of receiving your registration subscription amount in companies account and in case of any delay in posting your advertisement/content you can content directly to the concern agent/marketing Executive/Vendor/business development officer. In case of Dishonouring of your check by any means your registration will be cancelled and your advertisement/content will be removed by the company immediately.

6- You just ask for the registration receipt at the time of your registration to our agent/Vendor/Marketing Executive/Business development officer and make sure that receipt will contain certain information's like-name of agent/vendor/marketing Executive/business development officer His/her Designation, I.D, contact details, registration date, signature, etc..

C) For Request Sender And Receivers 

1-Only a registered Vendor (service provider) can use our mobile application/app to serve his/her clients or He/she will be able to receive orders through our mobile app only if He/she is registered with the company. So any one who wants to work with the company first register His/her product or services with the company.

2-our company only shares information with our registered vendors on their registered mobile numbers through sms /notification etc. so once they receive any alerts on their mobile they will be only responsible for acceptance or rejection of any offer from the client. So company will charge the fee from the vendor if offer is accepted by the vendor

3- The company’s role is only sharing the information (contact details) between both the party’s vendor and client once both of them receives the contact details our job is done.

4-After sharing information with both the parties Vendor and client if any of them fails to perform His/her Role Company will not be liable for bearing any of the losses claimed either by vendor or by client. So in any of such situation vendor or client will deal with each other on his/her own and company will not entertain any of such claims in any manner.

5-In this business Company only shares information with the parties (vendor & client) and both the parties (vendor& client) works only on their mutual consent. So in this business company is not going to force any of the party neither vendor nor client to work with each other it’s up to both the parties to accept or reject any offer.

Terms & Conditions for joining our team

1-you will not join Harry & Alwyn online services Pvt. Ltd. as an employee and will not claim for any payroll benefits because you will be joining the company as agent/vendor/marketing Executive/business development officer and you will get your remuneration as commission which will be based on your performance. So no one can claim for any fixed salary, ESI, PF any other benefits from the company and the company can revise its commission slab any point of time. Apart from that, your key responsibilities will be data collection/registration of our clients/subscribers and any other responsibility given by the company.

2- the company will not entertain any of your claims related to EPF, ESI, accident, theft, health and any of your life insurance claims along with this any of your loss or damage during your association also will not be maintainable in any court/forum.

3- Company can make any change at any point of time as and when required without serving any notice in company policies, Terms & Conditions, Commission slab, registration fee, new offers and apart from that you cannot make any claim for any legal remedy regarding the above-given subject matters in any competent court/forum. And along with that, you will not be permitted for making any association regarding the above-given subject matters.

4- Your (agent/vendor/marketing Executive/business development officer) commission will be based on your performance and you will get your commission on per registration basis and that will be one time once the registration period of one year is over you will get the commission again only after renewal of the registration as per revised commission slab. In case of cancellation of any registration you are not entitled to asking the commission for the same cancelled registration and in case mistakenly if you received any such commission that will be deductible from your account else you will return the said amount to the company as and when desired.

5- You can ask for any of your security deposits with the company only once your successful completion of one year and after that period if you want to leave the company the same amount will be refunded to you without any interest after your full and final settlement. So after the full and final settlement, you can ask the company for the same by applying to concern authority and once your application will be received company will process your application for releasing your security deposit.

6-you (agent/vendor/marketing Executive/business development officer) can you use any of our promotional/branding material for promotional/branding activity and if you want to use any of such material which is owned by you will be needed a prior approval from the company so once you get the approval from the company then only you can use that promotional/branding material else that will be considered a violation of company policy. Apart from that you can use your personal visiting cards but your card must be containing your name, company name, company logo, your contact details, designation, Email, address office/residence, etc.. You cannot use a company logo or company name without prior permission of the company.

7- At the time of registering an advertisement/subscriber if any false information is given by you in that case a penalty/fine can be imposed on you by the company and will be recoverable from you at the time of your full and final settlement. And in case if any dispute arises due to that the company will not be responsible and will not support or assist in any of the legal proceedings against you. Apart from that the company also will not entertain any of the complaints till the receiving of complete registration form along with registration fee in companies head office. So it is the duty of yours (agent/vendor/marketing Executive/business development officer) to submit the completely filled registration form along with the supporting documents and the subscription/registration fee.

8- If you want to leave the company or company is asking to you to leave in both the cases you have to submit your resignation letter along with your original copy of offer/joining letter, blank registration forms, any record maintained by you, your ID card, your company login password, any promotional material, any data, etc. anything Which is a company asset.

9- if due to any of your(agent/vendor/marketing Executive/business development officer) act like cheating, fraud, mischief with any of the company asset, indiscipline, continuous absent from work for last 6 months without any notice, due to recommendation of your superiors on the basis of your complaints, any loss or damage to the company's assets, any deterrence to the companies goodwill or false submission of your personal information company will immediately terminate you without any notice and the companies decision will be final regarding the above-given subject matters and company will not entertain any of your claims regarding the above given subject matters.

10- During your association with the company you will bear all your expenses from your own pocket like expenses for necessary approvals, license fees, internet/broadband, mobile, T.A & D.A, petrol, stationery, etc. The company will not entertain any of your claims regarding the above-given expenses so just help by yourself for the same.

11- There is no need to deposit any security for joining our team as agent/vendor/marketing Executive/business development officer and we will ask you only for the one time documentation charges but in case of any changes in company policy or company terms we can ask you to do so as per the revised policy/terms.

12- The recruitment of Agent/Vendor/Marketing Executive will be done by the Business Development officer and they will directly report to him/her. Recruitment of business development officer will be done directly by the company itself and he/she will directly report to the company officials or his/her immediate seniors.

13- You (agent/vendor/marketing Executive/business development officer) will do your business development activities/duties like data collection/registration in a company assigned territory/locality only.

14- During your association with the company if you involve in any such activity like cheating, fraud, Misrepresentation, Unauthorised transactions, etc. The company will start legal proceedings against you immediately in a competent court and all such expenses incurred by the company will be directly recoverable from you.

15- We are not assuring anyone for any permanent Employment/income and this is just a part-time income/employment so your income/employment will be 100% temporary. Here you will work with the company on the basis of your competence, values, and beliefs.

B) Terms & Conditions for the profile of Business development officer

1-In a state or zone company can deploy more than one business development officer and this is totally up to the company that how many business development officers should be appointed in a state or zone so it is just company’s discretionary power. The company can assign more than one state or zone to a business development officer and will be decided by the company only.

2- A business development officer can select his/her team of agent / marketing executive but with prior approvals of the company. A business development officer will select his/her teammates only on the basis of education/desired qualifications as per the directions were given by the company for the same. So the business development officer will be directly responsible for the things like performance of the teammates, terms and policies, implementation of company business plans, any complaint against him/her from his/her teammates or subscribers/clients, any fraud or cheating by his/her teammates and company will take direct action against him/her.

3- For joining as a business development officer you must have a team of agent/marketing executive without recruiting a team you cannot join as a business development officer.

4- For joining as a business development officer you need not to deposit any security but a minimum documentation fee will be charged one time.

Eligibility for the profile of business development officer

1-you should have a knowledge of computers along with internet surfing.

2-Should be an Indian citizen.

3-He or She must proficient in reading & writing the English language.

4-He or she should not be involved in any anti-social activity and should not engage in any crime or criminal activities.

5-He or she should have a valid PAN Card along with a bank account.

6-Age of all recruited Agents/marketing executives should not be less than 21 years and must not be more than 55 years of age.

7-Age of a business development officer should not be less than 20 years and must not be more than 50 years.

8-A business development officer must be well versed in the local language.

Terms & Conditions for commission

1-you will not get any commission for free registration.

2-commission will release in 15-20 days after receiving the complete registration form along with registration fee in our head office.

3-Commission will be paid once only for a registration and if that registration will be renewed by the client/subscriber, in that case, you will get the commission for the renewal but as per the revised commission structure.

4-Commission will be released only after deducting TDS.

5-free registration can be done once only for subscriber/client and by the next time, he or she will be asked for the paid registration.

6-If client/subscriber paying registration fee through a cheque, in that case, the commission will be released after clearance of the cheque.

7-you will not ask for any reimbursement from the company for expenses like courier services, exchange charges for making a demand draft or any other banking charges.

In the 'Avrano' application mobile number can be registered. Under any circumstances if the registered mobile number get permanently blocked or lost, then can't be registered again. And even the registered number can't be recovered. Therefore it is requested to all our programmers to save their mobile number from any kind of issues. 

Any work of our Agents, Field Officers, Marketing Executive won't be restricted to any area instead they are free to work through out the home state.
